Are
you or some of your clients interested in offshore asset protection,
offshore investing, offshore business ventures or even expatriation?
Whatever your reason for "going offshore", it's
likely you will become an owner or investor in a foreign corporation.
But there are complex tax implications for U.S. citizens and residents
who "venture offshore" or invest in a foreign corporation.
The C.F.C. Tax "Boot Camp
is a one-day, 8 hour, intensive seminar for investors,
entrepreneurs, lawyers, accountants and financial advisors who want an
introduction to the confusing and controversial subject of the U.S. tax
treatment of owners of foreign corporations. This program is for
the non specialist who has little
or no prior background in any aspect of international tax law. It's a
program for beginners.
The program is
designed to provide ample time for inter-action between the instructors
and the students. There will also be 30 minutes, twice a day for
questions and answers from all three of the instructors.
That's why we call it the
C.F.C. Tax
"Boot Camp"
The seminar registration
fee is $375. Copies of the 180 plus page Controlled Foreign Corporation Tax Guide are available for $85 each, but are provided free to
seminar students. Those who have already purchased the seminar
manual may deduct $45 from the seminar fee. Additional discount are available for the first
twenty pre-paid registrations.
A full refund will be made
if we should have to cancel the seminar for any reason.
If the seminar is held, a
$30 cancellation fee will be imposed on cancellations by those who have
signed up for the advance registration discount.
