online research service, printed research reports or books.
I will go to preposterous
lengths to make sure that
every subscriber or customer is totally convinced that he or she is
taking an unfair advantage of my irrational generosity. But I won't
compromise on what I publish in the reports because it might offend
some of the subscribers -- or anyone else.
I therefore offer you the
following guarantee
if you buy any of my products.
First, if you should have
any reason whatsoever for
feeling that any of our products are not what you expected, want or
need, I will refund 100% of your purchase price. With printed
books, I
do ask that you return the book in usable condition. If the book
is not in usable condition, I will refund 2/3 of the purchase price.
Refunds are only available
for single purchases. We
do not accept returns for bulk purchases from dealers, distributors or
booksellers.
Second, I don't rent our
subscriber or customer list to anyone
for any reason.
Third, I don't keep your
credit card information in
my computer record. I shred copies of any credit card information
before
I throw it away.
Whatever the reason, if
you are unhappy about
anything you buy from Offshore Press, I will make it right with
you.
