The Asset Protection & Offshore Forum (APF) was a free email discussion list that was open to the public. 

It has been replaced by a free email newsletter called The Jacobs Report on International Financial Planning.

The Jacobs Report  provides answers to generic questions about international and domestic tax law and asset protection topics. We do not provide personal advice or respond to questions that involve highly individual circumstances or fact situations.

Responses to questions are subject to my work schedule and I generally will not respond to questions that require any significant research time.
